Investing in Williams Corporation Capital First Mortgage Limited is open only to qualifying wholesale investors who meet one or more of the following investment criteria:

  • investors who are relatives of the company’s directors
  • investors who are close business associates of the company or its directors
  • investors who invest at least $750,000
  • investment businesses
  • large investors with net assets or a consolidated turnover of more than $5m over the last two financial years

Williams Corporation Capital First Mortgage Limited (WCCFM) has been created to provide a significant pipeline of funding to Williams Corporation. This funding allows Williams Corporation to continue to build centrally located homes that are affordable to buy, affordable to live in, and affordable to maintain for New Zealanders.

Williams Corporation First Mortgage Investments then provides its investors a 10% per annum return, with dividend paid quarterly. Williams Corporation First Mortgage Investments is secured by a first mortgage security with governance provided from Lane Neave.
